Financing

Care that fits the month.

Most treatment plans are easier to afford than people expect — once the options are laid out plainly.

Quick answer At Dublin Ranch Dental, every treatment plan is personalized — including how you pay for it. We plan and price every case individually with a written, itemized plan, and we are genuinely flexible about pacing. Financing options include CareCredit and Sunbit for monthly payments, in-house monthly arrangements for larger cases, and HSA / FSA for qualifying treatment. Cosmetic and restorative consultations are complimentary, with no obligation to proceed.

How we think about cost

We don’t publish set prices on the website, and we never quote a number over the phone before we’ve seen the situation. The reason is simple: every mouth is different, and a real conversation produces a better plan than a price chart. What we will commit to up front:

  • A written, itemized treatment plan during your visit, before any work begins.
  • Multiple options when they exist — conservative, ideal, and phased.
  • Real flexibility about pacing, phasing, and financing.
  • Honesty about what doesn’t need to be done.

Many of our patients are surprised by how manageable the right plan turns out to be once it’s broken down. We’re here to figure it out with you.

CareCredit

The dental-industry standard for medical financing. Interest-free promotional periods are typically available for shorter terms, with longer-term plans for larger cases. Apply online before your visit at CareCredit.com.

Sunbit

Sunbit pre-qualifies in under 30 seconds with no impact to your credit, with monthly terms designed to fit the size of the case. Approval rates are high; the application is friendly.

In-house monthly arrangements

For larger cases, we offer in-house monthly payment arrangements structured to fit the treatment timeline. Ask the front office at your consultation; we’ll put it in writing.

HSA & FSA

HSA and FSA dollars can be applied to most dental treatment. Bring your card or routing details to your visit.

Insurance

We bill most major PPO plans directly. For out-of-network plans, we file claims for you and help you receive reimbursement. Insurance details →

The most affordable dentistry is preventive dentistry

This is not marketing language — it’s arithmetic. A 30-minute preventive exam costs a fraction of a crown; a crown costs a fraction of a root canal plus crown; that costs a fraction of a full-mouth rehabilitation. Coming in twice a year is the single most cost-effective thing you can do for your mouth. We’d rather see you for a routine visit today than for a much bigger conversation in three years.
