A major Dublin Place redevelopment of roughly 810,000 square feet of retail, life-science R&D, residential, and park uses was postponed in late 2024. The owner has since consolidated the site by acquiring the Burlington and Bassett Furniture properties, but no approved construction schedule has been announced.
